Kit, Fairing Set (GRP), Honda NX5 RS250R (1995 NSR250 Style)

Complete Bodywork kit which consists of the following products:

Upper Cowling Race, (GRP) NX5 RS250R (1995 NSR250 Style) (BPFU-9336)

The upper fairing is modelled off the 1995 NSR250 racer, but will fit any NX5 which has the ram air through the fuel tank system. Made from high quality epoxy resin and 200 gram glass fabric, this product is both light and strong. It will tend to flex and not shatter in the event of an accident and hold up well to minor crashes. It is finished in primer ready for paint. To be used with lower cowling BPFL-9036.

Lower Cowling, (GRP) NX5 RS250R (Late Model Style) (BPFL-9036)

The lower fairing is modelled off the ram air version of the NX5 RS250R but will fit any NX5 which uses a stock upper as far as we can tell. Made from high quality epoxy resin and 200 gram glass fabric, this product is both light and strong. It will tend to flex and not shatter in the event of an accident and hold up well to minor crashes. It is finished in primer ready for paint. To be used with upper cowling BPFU-9036

Seat Cowling Race (GRP) NX5 RS250R (1995 NSR250 Style) (BPFT-9036)

This seat cowling is modelled on the 1995 factory NSR250 racer look as ridden by Ukawa, Okada, Romboni, Jacque etc. and is a direct fit for the NX5. The seat cowling uses a special seat support which bolts to the subframe using existing mounting lugs and the seat cowling is covered underneath for streamlining and protection of the PGM and connectors. It is easy to install and being made from high quality epoxy resins and top quality glass fabric is strong and crash resistant.

Bodywork Set, MRX, MSX125SF Second Generation Grom, Painted Repsol

This bodywork set comprises of the exclusive TYGA Performance MRX body work as shown in the photos. Using special paint pigments to obtain the bright livery as on the factory MotoGP bikes, this kit is supplied with the graphics shown in the photos. By ordering the kit pre painted, it will save money and time over getting them painted locally. This kit can be fitted in day so there is no down time for your riding!

This kit will instantly transform your bike and make it unrecognizable from the way it looks today. The kit is supplied with all additional mounting hardware including the meter stay, mirrors and headlight. Note turn signals, front fender, and tail tidy are not supplied with this kit but can be ordered from our website store. We can even paint for free a set of brand new wheels to match the orange if you order the wheel from our site. We also recommend the ultra sticky IRC tyres shown here which were developed especially for the MSX125 grom.

The quality of the paint is excellent but please remember for the most part, this is a handmade and hand painted product. This paintwork is done by our own highly experienced and skilled paint sprayer K Pong. He does all the paintwork for TYGA Performance including our project bikes you see on our website and he also does all our production parts. We wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Subframe, Aluminium, RGV250 VJ21, Assy

This lightweight aluminium subframe replaces the heavy steel scaffolding that Suzuki saw fit to inflict on the VJ21 and is idea for a race or modified street bike. The VJ21 is a light and agile bike and it is a pity that it is encumbered with all this weight at the rear of the bike which becomes redundant once you convert to single seat. All that is really needed is a lightweight subframe to support:

The rear fender
Taillight
Attachment for the radiator surge tank.*
* The surge tank is now accessed from the inside without the need to remove the race seat cowling should any top up be required. Alternatively, an aftermarket surge tank such as this can be installed (BPAC-1002)

With a single seat cowling, access to the autolube reservoir is hindered so we simplified the subframe so:

No passenger seat support area
No passenger pegs and mounting hangers
No autolube reservoir and mounting hardware.
No exhaust silencer mounts
Note that we are in the process of making an alternative suitable autolube reservoir kit and exhaust silencer mounting stays.

This product is made in-house in TYGA and all hand fabricated and precision welded for a race inspired and lightweight product, finished in high quality satin black powercoating and Includes all mounting hardware to mount subframe and undertray. The difference in weight is 0.54kg compared to 2.1kg for the stock one, so a whopping 1.56kg lighter!

Upper Cowling, Endurance, ( Street GRP) NC35, Painted RT

This is a replacement panel for set BPFS-0153 painted RT. We recommend you order the complete set which is supplied with all mounting hardware and complete ready to install. This product is intended as a replacement part in the event of an accident or for people wanting to use it for a model other than the NC35.

This product does not include any mounting hardware or headlight covers.
