This TYGA Full Race System has been designed with no compromises and maximum power in mind. This system is a necessity if you need to squeeze every drop of horse power from the machine.

Manufactured from TIG welded stainless steel sections throughout, with all joints secured by springs, for that ‘factory’ look and feel. The system fits the 1994-1997 Generation 4 VFR750.

For unsurpassed looks, sound and performance, this system can be used with a number of our 2″ slip on exhaust silencers

**Important Note**

The TYGA system keeps the use of the side stand, however, the centre stand and pillion foot rests must be removed prior to installation.

Fuel Tank, Carbon, VFR400R NC30

Top quality reproduction of the steel NC30 fuel tank in carbon fiber. This product is a direct replacement for the stock NC30 fuel tank and saves approx. a third of the weight of the stock one (2.6 kg ours, 3.9kg for the steel one).

Finished in high quality UV resistant clearcoat to show off the beauty of the carbon weave, and using specially formulated epoxy resin for fuel resistance, this tank has been tested with a range of fuels from 95 unleaded pump fuel to E85 (85% ethanol).

Laminated with a Kevlar layer for abrasion and puncture resistance, this fuel tank is both strong and light. Unlike most aftermarket fuel tanks, this one is designed so that there is no compromise with installation and through use of high quality CNC machined aluminium inserts, retains the original associated hardware including the stock Honda or keyless fuel tank filler caps and stock fuel cock.

Like the stock Honda fuel tank, it has the correct plumbing for the Honda type breather valve incorporated in the design and also the overflow/drain tube. Uses the stock Honda mounting rubbers for ease and peace of mind in fitment.

This is the carbon version of our RSW front fender for enhanced looks, strength and light weight. Gives the appearance of a modern front end with inverted forks and fits using the original fasteners. This front fender is suitable for many Honda sports bike models such as:

all model NSR250s, MC18~28

MC19 and MC22 CBR250RR

CB400SF Super Four

Honda Bros/Hawk 400/650. (needs 110/70 section tyre fitted)

This product will not fit the NC23, NC29 CBR400RR, NC30. For these models, use BPCF-9002, for NC35, use BPCF-9005

Front Fork Preload Adjusters, Pair, CBR250R

These fully functional preload adjusters replace the blank end caps on the stock CBR500R, CB500 and CB500X front suspension. These caps allow the rider to increase or reduce the amount of preload on the internal springs, which in turn, effectively increases or reduces the stiffness of the front forks allowing for a better set up for your riding style or conditions.

This modification allows preload to be reduced (softer) from the stock setting by 3mm, and increased (stiffer) by 9mm, giving a total 12mm adjustment.

Supplied in red and blue anodised finish, these adjusters are as beautiful as they are functional.
