31mm fork clamps with hole location will hold the fork stanchions securely, during overhaul.

14mm Hex wrench ideally cut to length to fit through the hole in the fork lowers to reach the socket head cap.

VHM cylinder head (2 pieces), Honda NSR250 (alg-10096)

VHM are a respected manufacturer of high quality racing parts used by factory teams world wide, and we are now pleased to be able to offer their cylinder heads for use on the NSR250

VHM produces exchangeable cylinder heads for two-stroke engines in motocross and road racing. With the experience gained in two-stroke tuning, VHM develops products of high quality.

During intensive tests, on the racetrack as on the VHM dyno, the cylinder head showed a better temperature development in the cylinder head. A lower engine temperature followed. The explanation of this phenomenon is the use of a special aluminum alloy which has a very good heat transference. Another advantage of the material is its resistance to detonation.

The VHM cylinder head is designed with removeable combustion chamber inserts so that changes of compression ratios are quick and simple, and no more wasted head gaskets thanks to the O-ring design

This head set comes with following parts:

2x standard insert (12.60cc)

These heads use a centrally located spark plug and coolant outlet spigot just like the standard NSR rear cylinder. Therefore an HRC style hose is required which must also be ordered.

Through our continuous R&D, we have enhanced the dimensions of components to squeeze even more power from the Ninja 300 when used with the TYGA system*. Made in stainless steel this system significantly increases performance, saves weight and enhances the looks of the bike. Sounds great too! Unlike the stock system and most other aftermarket full systems, the TYGA Performance full race system is routed up the right side of the bike for the best possible gas flow and the performance figures support this. Please see below.

This system is supplied with no silencer

Note, this exhaust system is not suitable for the 2008-12 model. For the 2008-12 model, please see EXPS-0050.

* Please also note that all TYGA-Performance pipe sections and silencers are new for 2017 and thus not compatible with previous 2013-2016 TYGA-Performance Ninja 300 Exhaust pipe sections and silencers.

Fairing Side Stay, Carbon, Set, RGV250 VJ21/VJ22

These fairing stays are direct replacements for the Suzuki OE part number 94522-12C-00-000 on the VJ21 and VJ22 RGV250.

Passenger Seat Cover, (GRP), MSX125 Grom.

This is the GRP version of our MSX125 passenger seat cowling in Y-217 Queen Bee Yellow as shown in the photos. Easy installation, with mounting hardware and trim supplied, this stylish cover will clean up the lines of your bike and make your bike stand out from the crowd.

This seat cowling is also available as BPCX-7128 in carbon fibre. See website for more details.

Note: this product is painted to match Y-217 Queen Bee Yellow. Note we also have a similar product BPFX-7128 YM, (Y-216 Marigold Yellow) which matches the colour of the MSX125 Grom sold in some markets. Be sure to confirm the colour of your bike before ordering.
