Triple Clamp Set, CNC, Race, HRC Style, SP1

Designed and machined in house as a race replacement for the OEM triple clamps.

Crafted from aircraft spec 6061-T6 alloy for minimum weight and maximum strength.

The fork pitch and offset is the same as the OEM clamp.

Please note that this triple clamp set is for race use only, with reduced steering lock compared to the OEM triples, and was designed with the full HRC setup in mind.

The lower clamp includes mounting position for a steering damper by way of an integrated M8 boss. No damper mounting hardware is provided.

Also, the top triple clamp has no provisions for mounting the ignition switch, so an alternative mounting position for the ignition switch must be found.

For correct fitting of the top triple clamp, the top preload lock nut and locking washer must be removed, and replaced with the TYLY-0370C spacer. This is the same fitting style as the true HRC setup.

Tightening recommendations:

• Lower clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.
• Top clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.
• Fork Pitch: 214mm.
• Fork Offset: 30mm.
